A morning coffee can be a quick stop or the beginning of an hour you keep for yourself. At Infusion Lab, there is room for both. Our house is at 4638 Mission Boulevard in Pacific Beach, with coffee, matcha and something sweet waiting on the menu.
If this is your first visit, you do not need a plan beyond what you feel like drinking. Come for your familiar order, look through something new, or bring a friend who always chooses differently from you.
Begin at the bar
The coffee menu gives you a few places to start: espresso, an Americano, a cappuccino, a cortado or a latte. We roast the beans used for our espresso. For a different direction, there are drinks such as the Vanilla Cinnamon Latte and Mango Cream Latte, alongside our ceremonial matcha selection.
Matcha can be simple, as a latte or tea, or paired with our housemade mango, strawberry or mixed-berry fruit syrups. Whole milk and housemade oat or almond milk are available without an extra charge for the substitution. If you are choosing a cream topping, our standard cold foam contains dairy even with a plant-based milk beneath it.
Leave yourself a little time
Inside, the framed records and smaller details give you something to notice between sips. Our Archive takes a closer look at the room: green glass, warm brass, books and the checkerboard cups that find their way onto the wall above the bar.
There is seating, Wi-Fi and power outlets if you want to bring a laptop. A book or a conversation belongs here, too. The online Listening Room is another small way into the house, with songs and stories connected to the records on our wall.
For something sweet, look at the day's dessert selection. We make our desserts in our own commercial kitchen and bring them to the house. The menu includes Banana Pudding, Tiramisu and Biscoff Cheesecake; ask our team what is available when you visit.

We are open every day from 7:30 AM to 5 PM at 4638 Mission Blvd, San Diego, CA 92109. You can plan your visit or explore the menu before coming over. Pickup ordering is available through our app, and Club membership is optional.
