Infusion Control Tower — Internal Use Terms
Effective date: October 26, 2026
1. A private workspace for Infusion Lab
Infusion Control Tower is operated by Infusion Labs LLC as a private workspace for its authorized owner to review the business’s operational and financial information. It is not offered to the public, does not provide public account registration, and does not sell a subscription or accept customer payments. Making these terms available on a public information page does not give anyone access to the workspace.
These terms cover Control Tower. They do not govern purchases, memberships, ordering, or wholesale services offered through other Infusion Lab websites.
2. Authorized access and connected accounts
Use Control Tower only if Infusion Labs LLC has authorized your access. Keep the account used to sign in secure, and connect only financial or business accounts you are entitled to access and use for this purpose. Do not share access or attempt to view another person’s or business’s records without permission.
Connections are optional. When a supported provider is enabled, you review its consent screen and choose whether to grant access. The provider’s own terms, permissions, availability, and applicable charges also apply. A connection shown in the interface is not a promise that the provider has approved production access or that every requested data field is available.
3. Reporting access, without money movement
Control Tower retrieves and organizes supported records from services such as Square, Plaid-connected institutions, and QuickBooks, and can store operational reports that the owner imports and confirms. Its current connectors do not initiate payments, transfers, refunds, or credit applications. They do not create, edit, or delete accounting entries in QuickBooks.
QuickBooks uses Intuit’s standard Accounting authorization, which can grant broader access at the provider than Control Tower uses. Within this application, QuickBooks data requests are limited to allowed GET reads of company information, accounts, and supported Profit and Loss, Balance Sheet, and Aged Payables reports. Authorization and token renewal are separate connection operations.
Square uses specified read permissions. Some Square searches and Plaid data reads use the provider’s POST request format; that format does not mean Control Tower is making a payment or changing a financial record.
4. Check the source before acting
The dashboard helps the owner understand available records. Provider delays, missing permissions, incomplete backfills, pending transactions, disconnected accounts, unsupported currencies, and changes to source records can affect what appears. The time a page reloads is not necessarily the time the provider last updated its data. Scheduled checks do not make bank or accounting data instantaneous.
Sales, collected payments, bank deposits, debt, and accounting income are different measures. Square receipts are not added to bank balances or QuickBooks income as though they were separate earnings. Account classification, the selected reporting period, and Cash or Accrual basis can change a report’s meaning.
A displayed accounting result is the result recorded for that company, period, and basis. It is not a verified statement of complete operating profit, cash available to spend, or taxes owed. Missing costs and unreconciled records can prevent a complete profit calculation. Labor estimates are not verified payroll. Review the source statements and, where needed, your accountant’s records before making payments, borrowing, filing returns, or relying on a report outside the business. Control Tower is not an accounting, tax, investment, or lending advisory service.
5. Imports, exports, and saved records
Review the source, location, dates, completeness, and replacement choices before confirming an import. A successful import means the selected records were saved; it does not establish an independent reconciliation with the original provider. Keep exported reports and downloaded files private and share them only with people who are authorized to receive them.
6. Disconnecting or requesting deletion
After a disconnect is completed, Control Tower stops reading through that connection and removes its saved connection tokens. For QuickBooks, it also attempts to revoke the Intuit authorization; for Plaid, it attempts to remove the Item. The connection details show whether this was confirmed or still needs action. If confirmation is missing, review the provider’s connected-app settings. Previously imported financial records remain saved. Disconnecting does not erase provider-held copies or charges already incurred. Removing a Plaid Item does not restore the Trial connection allowance.
To request deletion of saved Control Tower information, contact info@infusionlabcoffee.com. We will review the request, verify the requester’s authority, and explain what can be removed and any records that need to be retained for business or legal obligations. There is no automatic deletion promise or self-service deletion feature in the current application.
7. Availability and changes
Control Tower and its connections may be paused, corrected, or changed as the business’s reporting needs and provider requirements evolve. Refreshes may fail or be delayed. Check connection status and source timestamps rather than assuming a schedule or a previously successful read guarantees current coverage.
Material changes to these terms should be reviewed before the updated version is published. Questions about this workspace can be sent to info@infusionlabcoffee.com.
